• PG Students should submit a bonafide letter from the Head of the Department.
• Registration cannot be transferred.
• Airport Transfers cost is not included in the registration amount.
• Organizers will not be responsible for any mailers or information delivery failure in case the registration form is not fully filled.

Cancellation And Refund Policy:
• All requests for cancellation must be sent to the conference secretariat in writing by email only.
• Cancellation requests for any paid registration MUST BE received by the Conference Secretariat through email to be entitled to a refund.
• 50 % REFUND for cancellation of a paid registration in case the cancellation request is received on or before 15th April 2025 after deducting the administrative charges and cost towards refund, if any.
• 25 % REFUND for cancellation of a paid registration in case the cancellation request is received on or before 15th May 2025 after deducting the administrative charges and cost towards refund, if any.
• NO REFUND for cancellation of a paid registration in case the cancellation request is received through email after 15th May 2025
• Refunds, if any will be processed post-conference within 20 days.
• A similar mode of transfer will be adopted for a refund as the fund has been received. NO CASH refund policy.
Payment Mode:
• An online payment facility is available. The same can be accessed by online registration.
• Offline Payment: Delegates who wish to pay by Cheque /DD may draw the same in Favor of the ……… and send it along with a duly filled registration form to the Conference Secretariat.
